These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PRISM India website located at https://www.prismindia.co.in (the “Website”), operated by Samabhavana, a nonprofit organisation, in partnership with RoboSpecies Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. About PRISM India

PRISM India — Partnering Resources for India in Sustainable Movement — is India’s first dedicated CSR podcast and convergence platform. It is an initiative of Samabhavana and operates in partnership with RoboSpecies Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The platform aims to strengthen dialogue between the Indian Government, the corporate sector, and civil society on Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the Website for lawful, non-commercial, personal, or professional informational purposes, including viewing podcast content, reading articles, and learning about CSR-related topics in India.

3.2 Prohibited Use

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to podcast episodes, audio and video recordings, transcripts, summaries, infographics, carousels, brand assets, logos, the PRISM India name and identity, and website design — is the intellectual property of Samabhavana and/or RoboSpecies Technologies Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise indicated.

4.2 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content on the Website for personal and non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content
• Use any content in commercial publications, presentations, or media without prior written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary marking

4.3 Attribution and Sharing

You are welcome to share links to the Website and to podcast episodes hosted on PRISM India’s official YouTube channel (@PRISMINDIACSR) and LinkedIn page, provided that such sharing is non-commercial, accurate, and includes appropriate attribution to PRISM India.

4.4 Third-Party Content

Certain content on the Website may be attributed to or sourced from third parties. Such content is reproduced with permission or under applicable fair use provisions and remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders.

5. Guest Content

Podcast episodes feature external guests who provide their own views and information. PRISM India does not claim ownership of statements or opinions expressed by guests. However, the recordings, edited content, and all production materials associated with the podcast are the property of PRISM India / Samabhavana.

6. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of its content at any time without notice or liability. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available continuously or free of technical errors. We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website following any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. PRISM India does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall PRISM India, Samabhavana, RoboSpecies Technologies Pvt. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and PRISM India with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
